Let's make my  Vegan Queso!

To a blender add:

soaked cashews

yogurt

salsa

cumin,  chili powder  and paprika

& water

Also add:

Jalapeños

& nutritional  yeast

Jalapeño brine

Blend, scraping down the sides as you go, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Store for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Use in my buffalo chickpea quesadillas,  breakfast burritos, crunchwrap supreme and more!
