Lemon Asparagus Pasta

Ingredients

First, zest two lemons.

Then make your vinaigrette.

Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté:

shallots + garlic

lemon zest

salt + pepper

asparagus

Cook pasta until just al dente.

In a frying pan, sauté:

lemon sauce

walnuts

nutritional yeast

pasta water

pasta

Toss everything together.

basil

Then add:

parsley

capers

olives

lemon zest

Serve and enjoy!
