Eggy Vegan Tofu Scramble

To start, drain a block of firm tofu and crumble into chunks.

Combine every eggy sauce ingredient, except for the plant milk, in a bowl.

Now pour in the plant milk and whisk to combine.

Add the crumbled tofu to a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the tofu until lightly golden on the outside.

Add in the eggy sauce.

Fold to combine, using a silicone spatula.

Finish the scramble with a few shakes of kala namak salt.
