Today, we're making fudgy vegan brownies!

Chop the dark chocolate.
Cube the vegan butter.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter.
Sift the cocoa powder and flour, then mix together.
Whip until thickened.
Add the aquafaba and sugar to a bowl.
Fold in the vanilla, salt, and espresso powder.
Fold the melted chocolate-butter into the aquafaba mixture.
Add the flour-cocoa powder to the liquid ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Don't forget the chocolate chips!
Pour batter into a lined 8×8-inch square metal baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 34-37 min.
After baking, let cool. Then dig in!
