Tofu Stir Fry

Packed with gourmet flavors, this tofu stir fry is deeply savory, a little spicy, and perfectly saucy. Easy to customize with your favorite vegetables!

To start, gather your ingredients.

Press the tofu and slice it into four squares.

Flip each square on its side and then slice into squares, about ⅓” wide.

Sprinkle the spice and cornstarch mixture on both sides of the  tofu and toss to coat.

Fry the tofu slabs in a wok until golden brown.

Remove the tofu from the wok and add oil and the garlic and ginger.

Add the sliced vegetables.

Stir fry 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Pour in the sauce.

Stir-fry for another 2 1/2 minutes before adding any delicate vegetables.

Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened and glossy.

Off the heat, stir in the fried tofu, cilantro, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Toss to coat.  Serve over rice and enjoy!
