Vegan Fudge

Let's make my  Vegan Fudge!

Add the chocolate and condensed coconut milk to a heat-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.

Stir with a silicone whisk.

Add the almond butter, vanilla, and a pinch or two of sea salt and stir.

Whisk until well combined – it will be quite thick.

Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and transfer to a lined pan.

Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and transfer to the fridge for 1 to 2 hours until set. Enjoy!
