Vegan Red Lentil Bolognese

First, gather your ingredients

Today, we're making an easy Red Lentil Bolognese!

Soak and drain the red lentils.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Stir in the tomato paste.

Pour in the broth.

Add the oil to a pan.

Add in the onions and sautee.

Now add the garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and black pepper

Add in the lentils.

Chop the walnuts.

Add in the walnuts.

Allow the lentils to simmer.

Add the crushed tomatoes.

Add in:

balsamic vinegar

salt & pepper
