1cupraw cashews,soaked in water for 8 hours or soaked in boiling water for 1 hour
1/2cupwater
2garlic cloves
1/2cupfresh cilantro,roughly chopped
1lemon,juiced
2tablespoonsnutritional yeast
1/2teaspoonsea salt + more to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender or processor and blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth, creamy, and well combined. Ensure that all of the cashew pieces are pulverized before serving.
