There’s so much that goes into producing and sharing video content that most people never see.
- Coming up with new ideas for long-form and short-form videos;
- Preparing the workspace (e.g., making sure the kitchen is tidy and the ingredients are ready to go);
- Preparing to film (e.g., making sure video & audio equipment are set up, memory cards are clear, and recipes are printed);
- Reviewing and uploading the many gigabytes of footage;
- Getting content ready for posting across various social media platforms.
Which is why we’re looking for a highly energetic and organized individual to join our team as the Video Production & Social Media Coordinator!
You don’t need to have experience with social media or video production (though it doesn’t hurt), but you do need to be meticulously organized, eager to learn new skills, and willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task.

Hey there! Are you open to an applicant living in the Los Angeles area who can commute on in-person days (and might be relocating closer to San Diego soon)? Thanks!
Hi Cassandra! You are more than welcome to apply but I think the commute would get tiring after a while. All the same, we always love to connect with talented people (and you might be relocating) so I don’t see any harm in it!
