I went from someone who didn’t like tofu to craving it ‘ specially the scramble. When faced with “ what to have” at any meal scramble wins every time. Mix it with rice and left over veg etc. Recent breakfast guest were astounded when told it wasn’t egg. Love everything Nisha does. Always assured it will be spot on with flavour etc.
