My OG favorite, Mexican Black Beans with Rice and Cilantro Crema from my meal plan subscription, has been replaced by Crispy Beans and Juicy Tomatoes over Tahini Yogurt. I absolutely love it. I’ve made it three times.

PS I’m loving the Cocojune yogurt recommendation too.

My favourite recipe which I make all the time is Greek style vegan feta. I love having it in the fridge to snack on or add it to bowls so delicious thank you.

My Absolute favorite recipe of yours of all time is the Creamy Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff, I make it every single Thanksgiving and it’s an absolute HIT! I’ve never cooked leeks before but it truly complements the mushrooms so well and it’s a family Thanksgiving dinner staple now – thank you so much 🙂

I’ve made this lentil stew recipe and it is truly delicious. I will have the recipe next time since I am just one person and as good as it is. That’s a lot of lentils do to eat meal after meal.
I’m looking forward to making the gravy recipe take to my son and daughter-in-law’s vegan Thanksgiving. And the brownies look great. I’m hoping to make them and sub in sunflower butter instead of almond butter because of not allergies in the family. We certainly don’t need that kind of excitement at Thanksgiving table.
I would love to have one of the NYT
Subscriptions. I’m still cooking and baking a couple of the recipes from there there that I found way back in the ’70s.

Love the tofu scramble especially now that we bought the black salt!
Also love the cashew cream sauces in the Big Vegan cookbook. So great on bowls!

    The best!!!

  8. Dorothy says:

Probably have to be Lemon Rice Chickpeas with Yogurt Sauce or maybe Gochujang Noodles with baked Tofu.
