It’s hard to choose just one favorite – I love the red lentil curry, the creamy cauliflower soup, and the creamy mushroom soup. These are mainstays. I also make the refried beans a LOT, and the vegan queso which tastes just like the real thing. The next frontier will have to be the baked goods. Yummm
