Here are my 2 favorite recipes that I make on repeat:
    – I can’t believe it’s not chicken (super savory grated tofu)
    – Tofu tikka masala

So so good! I make a double batch of these!

I love watching you cook and especially when you have your parents taste test your dishes. And they always love what you serve!

  4. Christine M. says:

My current favourite is your crispy tofu blanched in salted boiling water. In love how it flavours the tofu from the inside out.

It’s so hard to choose a favorite, but I find mysef putting in the time for the Sexy Skillet Lasagna pretty regularly! I will double the Outrageously Good Red Sauce and Whipped Tofu Ricotta ingredients and freeze them for the next batch!

  7. Ann E. Ruthsdottir says:

I LOVE chocolate. It is always a dessert. Could you make a chocolate main dish? Maybe with tofu?

  8. Julie says:

One favorite recipe is so hard! In my regular rotation are the lentil bolognese and the savory grated tofu. The vegan crunchwraps are a go to special occasional meal.

Since I got the cookbook I’ve probably made the brunch pancake out of besan the most. It’s so easy and delicious on a Saturday and versatile with what we include in the salad and whether or not we make the yogurt sauce.
