Love, love, love the red lentil curry. As many layers of flavors as a great glass of Cabernet and a welcome change from typical vegetable curries.

I love all of your recipes, but I especially love your Crunchwrap recipe. Before I was vegan, I was a regular at Taco Bell. Now I can enjoy it once again, but at home and with no animal products. Thanks for the work that you do!

You are always my go to vegan cook! You give me inspiration for everyday meals and when it’s a special occasion or entertaining friend, at least one of your recipes gets to the table. Meat eaters always ask for the recipes!
My personal favourites are scrambled tofu and red lentil curry…..but I love and regularly use many more recipes

I don’t think I can pick just one! The red lentil curry (I love red lentils!) is fantastic and I love all the ways you have of making tofu to go in other recipes. You have so many wonderful Indian curries, I won’t try to list them all, but Indian curries are a huge favorite in my family of omnivores. Thank you for all the ways to make them eat more plants!

    The lasagna from the cookbook!

I make the breakfast burritos constantly at the request of my whole family! My 6-year-old said they tasted like restaurant food!

  7. Liv says:

It is really hard to chose just one, but if I had to, I would select the braised leeks from Big Vegan Flavor as it was the first time that I cooked such an impressive yet simple dish.

  8. Ranjini says:

My favorite is the best vegan banana bread. It is a fool proof recipe I go to all the time!

My favorite recipe of yours is the Crispy Sesame Baked Tofu from your big vegan flavor cookbook. I never liked tofu before and hated cooking it because I was never successful. Your tips and tricks have really helped. I made this recipe recently for a dinner party and everyone loved it. Thank you 😊
