Thanks for the chance to win NYT Cooking subscription. I love SO many recipes from your book, always out on my table! The dessert & tofu recipes are probably my favs but hard to choose specific ones. I love your tofu scramble.
I love your Malaysian Curry Soup.
Honestly (like most) it’s impossible to pick “a favorite”…they are all so good! If I had to pick (today), I would say cauliflower steaks with caramelized shallots. Yum!
Your recipes are full of flavor, my favorite is the pumpkin bread and for the holidays my fav is musaka. You are truly gifted
Jammy zucchini, Roasted red pepper hummus,Oven-baked polenta w/tomatoes & white beans topped with/basil gremolata, Saucy beans…..avocado crema,
Condiments….on & on….everything I’ve tried…yum!!!
Flavors are fantastic. I taught a group of girls how to make Naan…all enjoyed. Thanks Nisha
I LOVE all your recipes, SO full of flavors. I know I can count on every one to be amazing. My fave would be the red lentil curry. So good 🙂
My favorite is your taco “meat”.
I know if i want to try a new recipe i can come here to find it.
My favorite is the breakfast scramble, I like it more than regular eggs!
Hi Nisha, I love your book and recipes. Some of my favorite recipes are the Jammy Zucchini, which is nice and garlicky, the Pomegranate-Glazed Tofu (I have made the Pomegranate Glaze more than once, to spoon over crunchy Tempeh). I also like the Spicy Mint & Cilantro Sauce, which I spooned over a shredded Tofu Stir Fry, with Baby Bella Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, Red Onion, Garlic, Red Bell Pepper, and cashews, adding Chinese Five Spice, Tamari, a little Chinese Black Vinegar, salt and pepper. I had some leftover stir fry, and had Butter Lettuce wraps.
I look forward to trying more of the recipes soon. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to all legumes (I can eat tofu, edamame, green beans, and tree nuts). It’s a bummer, and a kind of rare allergy. So I sub whenever I can, to introduce more protein into my meal.
It’s so hard to decide. The recipes I cook most often are braised tofu, peanut noodles and can’t go past the apple crisp. Delish!!! Your recipes are full proof and definitely deliver! Thank you 🙏🏻
